Let's first look at what constitutes charisma - wikipedia defines it as a "magnetic' quality of personality and/or appearance along with innate and powerfully sophisticated personal communicability and persuasiveness." Which basically means that you are able to make others feel good towards you.
There are 3 main features that easily make a person likable: Good looks, extroverted personality, and a great smile. (Note: I said 'easily', as these are the most readily acceptable.)
Now let's face it, not everyone is blessed with these features, however there are certain steps you could take to become a charismatic person almost instantly. It will be like learning to throw a ball. Your very first throw will send the ball flying, however, it will take a little practice to be able to direct the ball and make it fly even higher and further.
